This email is very overdue, but I wanted to send you a note thanking you SO very much for matching us up with Carolyn Baker. She was an absolute dream! She was wonderful with our infant, Anna, and made us feel so comfortable right away. We can't thank you enough! We were able to have a little adult time away while on vacation knowing that Anna was in great hands.

I will be recommending you to our friends who go to Kauai and Maui for SURE! We hope to be back and we will be calling again!

The nannies are very professional to work with and they provide quality childcare as well as lots of fun for your younger guests. Kelly Lightfoot goes above and beyond providing nannies at the last minute to anticipate your guest’s wishes and needs. Nannies provide fun and safe age appropriate activities and genuinely care for children of all ages. Many of our repeat guests have consistently requested Happy Kids Nanny Services. I have utilized the nannies in our Ritz Kids Programs as additional staff and they are always a pleasure to work with. Thank you SO much for Kalia. She was so lovely. I was so nervous about hiring a nanny that I didn't "know", but I loved your policies (experience, background checks, CPR, etc.,) and you came recommended so I decided to try it and at least meet the babysitter. We figured if we weren't comfortable we would just pay her for the minimum and stay home. But we loved her, and as we have had her twice this week, obviously our kids loved her too. Truly, Kalia was great.

I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service. We were nervous about our first vacation with our one year old, but our trip to Maui was fantastic thanks to Happy Kids and you. I'd like to also thank you for assigning Eliza Leialoha to us. She was amazing and our son Miles was happy and content with her. Her kindness and love of play really engaged Miles and his first trip to Arizona was made that much better by spending time with Eliza. I just wanted to drop a quick note about the baby sitting services that you provided for our August/September trip. Laura was absolutely fantastic and really made our vacation enjoyable. Our son Jackson loved her, which really made transitions easier and let us better enjoy our time apart from him. Your nanny was responsible, kind and always professional. We absolutely loved your nanny!! From the moment she walked in our hotel room and held Sydney I had complete confidence that Sydney would be well cared for AND that she would even have fun while I was away. Your nanny came with her own toys and books and was so loving and caring. It was clear this was not just a job to her. I am still so touched when I recall how your nanny interacted with Sydney. She is clearly "called" to take care of babies/children. Sydney is a bit finicky when it comes to who cares for her, but she immediately warmed to her. It was so sweet to see and so reassuring to us. Knowing Sydney was in such good hands allowed us to relax and have a much needed break.

My family and I have just returned from a week's vacation on Maui. We were lucky enough to have had Eliza Leialoha join us for part of each day of our vacation. Please pass along our accolades to her.

On behalf of my family I wanted to let you know that Eliza was beyond fabulous, and has forever spoiled us for future childcare. Eliza provided evening childcare for my 3 year old daughter and my 9 month old nephew. She was calm, reliable, patient and incredibly entertaining. We were awed each evening as she brought out a new toy or art project for the kids. Most evenings we'd come home to "gifts" that the kids created during our time away. My daughter took to calling Eliza "my new friend" and couldn't wait for her arrival each day. Eliza was incredibly attentive as well as observant to the kids needs. She even went so far as to pick me up some more Goldfish Crackers when she noticed that we were running low. If Eliza is any indication of the staff at Happy Kids we will gladly recommend your services to all our friends on their travels to Arizona...and of course I'll be calling you on my return trips.
